Welcome to the Awesome Hurricanes 2 Wiki The 2016 Red Ocean hurricane season was the final hurricane season that was created on the Awesome Hurricanes 2 Wiki by the site's founder. Following the end of the season, Simlover123 ceased operations of the wikia after marking the beginning of his retirement. On May 28, talks began regarding a potential revival of the wiki in some form under new administration. Since then, those talks have cooled, with what would've been the beginning of the scheduled hurricane season in a couple days makes it less likely for a deal to go through. It was a great three years creating seasons on here, I don't regret any of them. I will keep the door open to improving this space further. Maybe some new colors and a new design. If it doesn't get revived, I'd love for it to be 'memorialized' considering the fantastic three year run that the place had. We were the only Wikia to have featured fantasy hurricane seasons in a world of its own for the amount of time it was alive. Will keep you updated on a potential reincarnation of some sort. All systems in this region are monitored by the National Hurricane Center, the official Regional Specialized Meteorological Center (RSMC). Storms in this ocean formed in between coastlines of two major continents, with the Jared Isles taking the brunt of affecting tropical cyclones.
